Care plan
Website maintenance, so the site stays current.
Websites rarely break in one go. A plugin goes out of date, a certificate expires, a form quietly stops sending, and the homepage still advertises last year's event. A care plan catches these before your visitors do.

Which sites we look after
WordPress is the most common. We also maintain Drupal, Joomla, static and Next.js sites, and sites on hosted builders such as Squarespace and Wix, where the work is mostly content, forms and search rather than software updates.
If a site is too far out of date to update safely, we tell you during the first check and quote the work to bring it up to date before the care plan starts.
Why it matters
Outdated WordPress plugins are one of the most common ways small sites get compromised. A form that stops working costs enquiries nobody knows about. Stale pages tell visitors the organisation is less active than it is. Routine maintenance is cheaper than fixing any of these after the fact.
Questions
Common questions
Is there a contract?
No. Care plans are monthly and you can cancel any time. You keep full ownership of the site and every account.
Do you maintain sites you did not build?
Yes. Most care plans start with a site someone else built. We begin with a website check so we know what we are taking on.
What if something bigger needs doing?
Small edits are included. Anything larger, such as a new section or a redesign, gets a separate fixed-price quote first.
What happens if the site goes down?
Uptime monitoring alerts us, we find the cause and restore the site, from backup if needed, and tell you what happened.
